Could Drew Barrymore be preggers? Drew was spotted the other day leaving a doctor's office with a sonogram in-hand. Check out the pics below from TMZ. Some people are wondering whether Drew Barrymore is expecting her first baby with new fiancé Will Kopelman.

A source told People last month "The couple would like to become parents, Drew is so motherly."

Drew Barrymore's rep had no comment.
